Saida Rukkaiya
In the heart of the old city, Saida Rukkaiya Masjid was designed by Iranian architects and built in 1985. It's situated on the site of the shrine of Imam Hussain's daughter, and as such the area is usually teeming with Shi'a pilgrims.
I love meeting new people and trying new things. I'll take any opportunity! I've just started a PhD in neonatal imaging, and hope to keep you updated and entertained with stories from my first days on the job. Me? Work? A scary prospect.
